Who we are looking for

As a Climate Data Specialist at Telescope, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers have access to the latest and most relevant climate data, while also laying the foundation for international growth. You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, managing, ensuring the quality of, and further developing datasets used in our product. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a more sustainable real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the product and technology team to manage and further develop climate-related datasets.
  • Ensure that data sources are up to date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Research and document datasets for new markets.
  • Experience and skills

    Must have

  • Master’s degree in hydrology, meteorology, geology, civil and environmental engineering, energy and environmental engineering, or similar fields.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a consulting engineering firm or a similar role.
  • Experience in analyzing and applying climate data, particularly in relation to the building and real estate sector.
  • Nice to have

  • A combination of experience in natural sciences and technical disciplines.
  • Technical understanding of how climate data can be utilized in digital products.
  • Independent, structured, and passionate about sustainability.
